Even the Illinois Commerce Commission is beginning to take a more critical look at constant rate hike requests.
STATUS OF WOMEN My main concern is with the NRC staff's statements in this proceeding.
The NRC staff has indicated that, contrary to public statements, there were no problems at the facility.
It is my hope that an open discussion of any additional I
safety concerns can take place to resolve the concerns of the public as to the safety of the Byron plant.
