'bO - G[.$' O L Your Honor, I would like to express my concern about the licensing of the Byron Nuclear Plant. It seems to me, though a layman, that there are some experts who are saying that the Byron plant is not built right.

Would you please send me a review of the N.R.C. 's outstanding items?

As a citizen I am against the licensing of the nuclear plant when the "6000 discrepancies" were labeled "non-significant".

Sincerely, i

W'
