Annual Environmental Operation Report for Facility License NPF-72 & 77 Braidwood Nuclear Power Station RockeLNos. 50-450_and 50 457 Attached you will find the Annual Environmental Operatin required by the Technica1 Specifications, Appendix B, Section $g Report as
.4 for Facility License NPF-72 and NPF-77. The period of the report is from January 1,1991 to December 31,1991. The report was reviewed against the objectives of the Environmental Protection Plan as stated in Section 1 of Appp-fit B to Draidwood's Operating License and it has been determined that these objectives are being met.
The report is contained in the Attachment and contains the following:
Section A-A list of all changes in Station design or operation, tests, and experiments as required by Appendix B, section 3.1.
Section B-A list of all non-routine reports as required by Appendix D, section 5.4.2.
Section C-A list of non compliane:-a to the Environmental Protection Plan and the correctivo actions.
