REFERENCE:
(a) 10 CFR 50.72 Notificaticm from BG&E to NRC Operations Center, on March 18,1992 Gentlemen; We are retracting Reference (a) which was made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.72. This notification was made after it was discovered that one of the core flush paths at Calvert Cliff; Units 1 and 2 might not provide enough flow to prevent Boron precipitation in the event of a cold leg Loss of Coolant Accident.
After further analysis of the issue and review of the reportability guidelines in 10 CFR 50.72 and 10 CFR 50.73, we have determined that this event is r:ot reportable. A more detailed analysis showed that sufficient flow was available t tulfill the sa.'ety function.
