United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 Gentlement UPDATED FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT ERRATA TO REVISION 04 HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET-NO. 50-354 Revision 04 of the llopa Creek Generating Station Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) was submitted under letter NLR-N92032, April 1, 1992.
During development of the Revision 04 submittal package, UFSAR Section 18 and the Master Table of Contents were inadvertently omitted from the UFSAR List of Current Pages.
Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G) is issuing this errata to Revision 04 to correct this omissiol..
In accordance with 10CFR50.4 (b) (6), the signed original and ten (10) copies of the errata to Revision 04 are being transmitted to the Document Control Desk, one copy is being sent directly to the Region I Administrator, and one copy is being sent directly to the llope Creek Resident Inspector.
