Edison has discussed this response (Reference 3) to Item 16, Appendix A, with M.

Patterson of your office and clarified the issue.

This action will be completed prior to fuel load.

We will keep you informed of the completion of all Appendix A open items required for fuel load so that a timely, re-inspection can be performed by your group.
