A December 29,1994, letter from Mr. C. K. McCoy to the NRC requested approval of alternate testing criteria for the encapsulation vessels on the containment sump recirculation piping. Since that time Georgia Power Company (GPC) has determined that these changes may be accomplished under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59 therefore, GPC hereby withdraws the request for NRC approval of the alternate testing criteria.
