Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan Report of Change - Revision Thirty-Three Docket No. 50-298/DPR-46 Gentlemen:
Nebraska Public Power District is submitting, in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.54(p) a Report of Change - Revision 33 of the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan.
This change incorporates the revision to 10 CFR 73.55(d)(8) which deleted the requirement for a guard or watchman when frequent access co containment is permitted.
The District has concluded that the enc'osed change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited.
Therefore, we request the material to be withheld from public disclosure.
