The Reference (a) letter advised you of Commonwealth Edison's review of the Unit 2 Cycle 5 reload and transmitted the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for the upcoming cycle. The reload review was performed under the provisions of 10 CFR50.59, and was transmitted to you for your information.

Figure 2.2-1 of the Unit 2 Cycle 5 report, Power Distribution Limits, is inaccurate. The Unit 1 Cycle 5 curve was inadvertently included in this report. A correct Figure 2.2-1 for Unit 2 is enclosed.

Additionally, Reference (b) supaorted operation with the Er.d of Cycle (EOC) Recirculation Pump Trip (RPT) and ~urbine Bypass Systems Out of-Service (OOS) in the increased Core Flow (ICF) domain with Final Feedwater Temperature Reduction for both Units 1 and 2. A copy of this report is attacned. This analysis resulted in a revised Power Distribution Limits curve for the Unit 1 Cycle 5 Core Operating Limits Raport (COLR). The revised COLR re aort is also included as an attachment to this letter. This revision to the Unit 1 Cvc e 5 COLR report was
