We understand that this letter makes sampling systems ope'ea6111ty license -conditions unnecessary.
.The high radiation sampling system described in the FSAR will be operational on_each unit prior to initial, criticality.
We understand that certain 4as sample lines are being reviewed by I&E and'NRR to determine thsirl adequacy with regard to iodine plateout.
Any modifications necessary to address that issue will be scheduled separately and woulc). probably be traclJad as an I&E open item until complete. j.
