.By letter dated May 19, 1995 Waterford 3 proposed several changes to the Technical Specification (TS) for Electric Hydrogen Recombiners.
The proposed change affected the Action Requirement of TS 3.6.4.2 and the j
associated Surveillance Requirements in TS 4.6.4.2.
The purpose of this j
letter is to withdraw the proposed change to the TS 3.6.4.2 Action Requirement. Upon further review Waterford 3 has determined that the proposed change to Action Requirement TS 3.6.4.2 is not desired and the existing Action Requirement will be retained. This request has no impact on the determination of no significant hazards provided in the May 19, 1995 submittal, l
