In accordance with the Philadelphia Electric Company Second Ten-Year Interval Insenice inspection Program, inservice inspections (Isis) were completed on Unit 3 during the September 14,1991 through January 9,1992 refueling outage, Enclosed is the ' Summary Report for the September 14,1991 to January 9,1992 Periodic Inspection" (NIS 1) and the ' Summary of ASME Repairs and Replacement Completed * (NIS-2).This report is required per Technical Specification 6.9.2.b.
