(1) Letter BW/95-0110 from Comed's Braidwood Statior. to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Category C-3 Report per Specification 4.4.5.5.c dated November 13,1995 Gentlemen:
In the " Corrective Measures to Prevent Recurrence" section of the referenced letter, Comed indicated it will not continue the Secondary Side Boric Acid program for Braidwood Unit 1 Cycle 6. Since this time, Comed has reversed this decision.
Braidwood Unit I will continue the Secondary Side Boric Acid program at least until its mid-cycle outage. This program willinclude boric acid soaks during unit startup along with on-line addition during normal power operation. Comed's evaluation of the Secondary Side Boric Acid program during Unit 1 Cycle 5 determined that the program is not detrimental to the Steam Generator tubes.
