Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan", Revision E, dated March 30, 1992.
The revisicn is being submitted under the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p) as it does not degrade the security of the plant.
Revision E is being submitted at the request of our USNRC Regional Security Plan Reviewer, Mr. David Limroth, to better clarity the Personnel Access Authorization Program commitments submitted in Revision D on February 3, 1992.
As in our previous correspondence submitted with Revision D,
Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation certifies that the changes in Revision E implement all elements of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 10 Section 73.56. Personnel Access Authorization Requirements for Nuclear Power Plants, and Regulatory Guide 5.66, dated June 1991, Access Authorization Program for Nuclear Power Plants.
To facilitate NRC review, changes are highlighted by side-bars and a revised " List Of Effective Pages" is included.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Informacion which should be protected from public disclosure per Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.
