SUBJECT:

Steam Generator Tube Plugging Report Fort Calhoun Station's (FCS) Technical Specification 3.17(3)(i) states, "Following each in-service inspection of steam generator tubes, the r: umber of tubes plugged in each steam generator shall be reported to the Commission within 30 days". On March 7, 1992, during the Thirteenth Refueling Outage at FCS, eddy current testing wt.s completed. As a result of this testing, and in accordance withTechnicalSpecification3.17(5)(i),OmahaPublicPowerDistrictreportsthat no steam generator tubes required plugging. To date, Steam Generator (S/G) A has 55 plugged tubes and S/G B,is 54 plugged tubes.
