DOCKET NOS. 50-266 & 50-301 REPLY TO IE INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-266/84-08 & 50-301/84-06 This is in response to your letter regarding the safeguards inspection conducted by Messrs. G.
L. Pirtle and J. L. Belanger of your office on June 11 - 15, 1984.
As indicated in your report, certain activities appear to be in noncompliance with NRC requirements.
The item listed in the Notice of Violation is addressed in the enclosure to this letter.
The item of concern listed in Paragraph 3.C of the details section of your report is also addressed in the enclosure to this letter.
Concerns address-ed in Paragraphs 3.D through 3.G are not addressed in the en-closure, although all have been addressed by the Licensee and will be available for your future review.
The subject matter and enclosure to this letter are considered exempt from disclosure in accordance with Section l
7 3. 21(c) (2), Part 73, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
l We request that the enclosure to this letter be treated as confidential and not be placed in any public document room, and that any reply you make be similarly withheld if it deals with the details of our plant security plan.
