Correction of Valve Number Transcription Error in OPPD Response to Notice of Violation (NRC Inspection Report No. 50-285/91-26) 1.eference 2 pr3vided Omaha Public Power District's (0 PPD) response to a Notice of Vinlation (NRC Inspection Repcrt No. 50-285/91-26) on failure to maintain contr.1nment integrity.
As a corrective action, Item 3. 8. of the response contained a list of valves for wnich locking devices would be procured and installed. A nonexistent valve number LSI-535) was inadvertently included due to a transcriptiun error. Therefore, va' ve number SI-535 should be deleted from the list.
