Saxton Nuclear Experimental Corporation Operat Ing ' icense No. DPR-4 Docket No.50-14b Technical Specificatton Change Request No. 53, Revision 3 and Response to NRC Request for Additional Information Enclosed, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(1), Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 53 Revision 3 is forwarded for your approval.
The purpose of the TSCR is to request removal of t he Saxton Nuclear Experiment al Corporation (SNEC) f acility reactor support buil di r.gs and structures from the Technical Specifications (TS).
The reactor support buildings and structures consist of the Control and Auxiliary (C&A) building, the Radioactive Waste Di/posal Facility (RWDF) building, the Refueling Water Storage Tank (RWST),
tl.e earthen Filled Drum Storage Area, and the Pipe Tunnel.
The Cont ainment Vessel is not af fected by tHs TSCR.
Also enclosed is one (1) signed copy of the Certificate of Service f or this request to the Chief Executives of the Township and County in whic'- the facility is located.
