As we discussed last kednesday in Bethesda, UCS has been formally denied access to at least one important GESSAR-related report,rnost of which has previously been provided to other rnernbers of the public. 'lhat report, an NIC-sponsored Brookhaven National Laboratory review of the GESSAR Pim (dated July 27,1983), was given to others (S. lif att, January 3,1984, FOIA-83-460) in its entirety except for parts of some tabics and sorne text stating GE's PIM results.
