Bechtel File A.88/E-91 AP-12696 This letter is a complete response to your letter of December 18, 1986.
Crouse hinds lette r dated February 10, 1987, (reply to Bechtel letter V-4302 dated lanuary 28, 1987) indicates that Chico-A4 compound has used tne same two non-organic ingredients for the past fif teen years and thiere have been no changes which could affect the mechanical properties of the compound.- A copy of the crouse Hinds letter is enclosed.
In view of the-abeve, the environmental qualification performed on Chico-A4 sealing compound can be applied to the compound. procured against APCO Purchase Order No. QP-1220.
A copy of this-letter along with the.two letters discussed-above shall be placed in the Environmenta1' Qualification f
central file at the plant.
