Revision 4 to the Vermont Yankee Training and Qualification Plan The purpose of this letter is to provide you with Revision No. 4 to the Vermont Yankee Training and Quahfication Plan for Security. This revision reflects enhancements recently made to our Security Program. This change was previously incorporated into our implementing procedures and the enclosure reflects the resultant Plan changes.
We have reviewed this revision and have determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan. Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), prior NRC approval of this revision is not required.
The revision to our Training and Quahfication Plan is submitted as Attachment A to this letter.
Attachment A is considered SAFEGUARDS INFORM ATION which 13 to be withheld from pua00 disclosure in accordance with the provision of 10 CFR 73.21.
We have enclosed our standard Document Custody Form and Change Transmittal Form for each ccpy of the Pian revision required by the NRC.
