Georgians Against Nuclear Energy (GANE) respectfully submits this ;
-request to compel Georgia Tech to fulfill our requests for information pertaining to our contention that management problems at the Neely Nuclear Reactor Center are so great that safety of the public cannot 5 be assured. We believe that the Memorandum and Order of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission dated October 12, 1995 granting GANE's request for a hearing on the License Renewal Request of Georgia Tech restarts the clock on our discovery process.
