this event because the plant complied with the Action a" of Technical Specification 3.3.3.7. Technical Specification 3.3.3.7 requires establishing a fire watch patrol within one hour to inspect affected areas once per hour.
The cause of the intermittent alarms was isolated to a particular faulty detector. This detector has been replaced and associated work has been completed. The fire 4
detection system for the intake structure was returned to service on October 13,1995.
