Inservice Inspection Summary Report for Repairs and Replacements performed under the ASME Code,Section XI at the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station.

This Summary Report includes the period from completion of the first refueling outage (December 11, 1990) to completion of the second refueling outage (December 18, 1991).

In addition, an addendum to this Summary Report, for approximately 22 repairs and replacements will be submitted by April 17, 1992.
