DOCKETS 50-266 AND 50-301 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING EMERGENCY TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE REOUEST 184 INCORPORATION OF F* STEAM GENERATOR TUBE REPAIR CRITERION POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 On November 9, 1995, we submitted Technical Specifications Change Request 184, " Incorporation of F* Steam Generator Tube Repair Criterion."
In a telephone conference on November 13, 1995, your staff requested additional information to facilitate their review of our submittal.
The requested-information is enclosed.
Please note that in accordance with 10CFR2.790, the enclosed B&W Nuclear Technologies (BWNT) Documents, 51-1232768-00, " Indian Point 2 Re-Roll Design Verification Report," 32-1239608-00, " Point Beach Unit 2 F* Calculations," and memo entitled "RAI 11/13/95" are considered "BWNT Proprietary."
It is, therefore, requested that this information be withheld from public disclosure.
An affidavit supporting this classification signed by J. H. Talyor, Manager, Licensing Services, B&W Nuclear Technologies, will be forwarded under separate cover.
