Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Unit 3 Issuance of the Core Operating Limits Report for Reload 8, Cycle 9 operation
Dear Sir:
Enclosed is a copy of the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS), Unit 3, Reload 8, Cycle 9 operation.
This report provides the cycle-specific parameter limits for: Average Planar Linear lleat Generation Rate ( APL11GR) ; Minimum Critical Power Ratio (MCPR); Flow adjustment Factor (Kf); Linear lleat Generation Rate (LilGR); and Rod Block Monitor flow biased upscale setpoints.
These values have been determined using NRC approved methodology and are established such that all applicable limits of the plant safety analysis are met.
This report is being submitted in accordance with the PBAPS Unit 3 Technical Specifications (TS) Section 6.9.1.e which requires the COLR to be submitted to the NRC upon its issuance.
