_f,taj.ric IJ 1 and Unit 2Jycle 15 The attached revision to the Core Operrting Limits Report for Prairic Island Unit 2 Cycle 15 is being provided in accordance with the requirements of Technic 61 Specification Section 6,7,A.6. The liniits specified in the attached Core Operating Limits Report have been established using NRC approved methcuology.

The Unit 2 Core Operating Lisits Report has been revised to incorporate new V(z) limits for Cycle 15 and to clarify the labeling of Figure 4. The guidance on the actions to be taken if the nuclent enthalpy rise hot channel factor exceeds its Technical Specification limit has been revised to be consistent with the requirements of Tec.hnical Specification 3.10.B.3.(a)
