Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
Toledo Edison submits the attached report, BAW-1834, Analysis of Capsule TEl-B (5 copies), in accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix H, Section III (Report of Test Results, Reactor Vessel Material Surveillance Program) for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.
As a result of the expected shift in irradiated material properties, revised pressure--temper-ature operating curves are expected to be submitted for approval in the last quarter of 1985, prior to the limit of 5 EFPY for the existing curves.
