Dear Chief Youngblood:
Your inquiry of July 13, 1984, regarding the archeological site 11Ka179 for the National Register has been received.
1 Upon the review of the Illinois State Historic Preservation Office, Staff Archeologist, Thomas Emerson, it has been concluded that the site retains integrity and will likely yield evidence sufficient for its inclusion in the National Register. However, the current form does not state the' significance sufficiently for the National Register stand-ard of documentation.
It is.my understand ~.ig that Michael Wiant will
. shortly submit adequate documentation.
In this light, this office re-comends waiting for Wiant's revised fonn.
Thank you for your cooperation.
