FILE RESPONSE Commonwealth Edison Company (" Applicant") re-spectfully requests the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board that it be granted leave to file the attached " Commonwealth Edison Company's Response to Neiner Farms' Status Report i Regarding Contention 4." There is good cause for the filing of this pleading since, in the course of responding the Licensing Board's request to the parties for a status report, Intervenor Bob Neiner Farms, Inc. proffered information pur-( portedly relevant to Contention 4. The admissability of that contention is pending before this Licensing Board. In l this circumstance, fairness requires that Applicant be granted leave to respond to the proffered information and Intervenors' agruments based on that information. Applicant's motion should be granted.
