There is good cause for the filing of this pleading since, in the course of responding the Licensing Board's request to the parties for a status report, Intervenor Bob Neiner Farms, Inc. proffered information pur-(
portedly relevant to Contention 4.
The admissability of that contention is pending before this Licensing Board.
