In accordance with Peach Bottom Environmental Tech Spec. Appendix B, item 7.4.2.B.2. " Reporting of Changes to i
the Plant or Permits," the NRC should be informed of the following changes in the subjact NPDES permit.
Attached are copies of correspondence from the Pennsylvania Department of E.:vironmental Resources dated June 3,1983, and April 26, 1983, which changes the December temperature confidence limit in special condition 9B of the subject permit from 1.50 F to 4.00 F.
