ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO FACILITY LICENSE NO. R-102, UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO RESEARCH REACTOR (TAC NO. M92512)
Dear Dr. Busch:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 4 to Facility License Nb. R-102 for the research reactor. facility at the University of New Mexico.
l This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications of the Facility License in response to the University's letters of December 20, 1994, and August 24, 1995. These changes provide a description of an intended reorganization of the administrative organization at the University, changes to nuclear instrumentation and reactor safety systems, and several other changes to clarify or correct the Technical Specifications. A copy of the Safety Evaluation Report supporting Amendment No. 4 is enclosed.
