e- *l 1991 Annual Environmental-Operating Report this report describes implementation of the Environmental Protect ton Plan (EPP) for _ the calendar year 1991, and provides the information required by the EPP.

A. Summaries and analyses of the result s t f th_e environttent.d pntaction activities reautred by FPP subr.ection 4.21 This section of the EPP provides protection of the two cultural resource areas on the Waterford 3 site. There were no activities which affected either the Plantation overseer's llouse site or the Plantation Quarter's sito, both cligible for the National Register of Ilistoric Places, during this reporting period.

B. D'P noncompliances and the correflive actions tnken to remedy them There were no noncompliances with the requirement s of the EPP during this reporting period.

C. A discussion of chanres ip station.desirn or__gneration. tests. or

_gxperiments nade in accordance with the EPP subsection 3;l which involved a potentially sirnificant unreviewed environmental auestion:

There were no changes in station design, operation, tests, or experiments conducted that are reportable under this section during this reporting period. Though not involving a potentially--

significant unreviewed environmental question, it should be noted that NPDES Permit IA0007374 was renewed for a period of five years during this report period. Changes to the permit included the addition of two outfalls for stormwater runoff monitoring and the requirement for baseline biomonitoring of the effluent discharged through Outfall 001. Additionally, biomonitoring is required _

-quarterly during periods of chlorination of tho offluent discharged through Outfall 001.

D. Nonroutine rtEorts submitted in accordance with subsection 5.4.2i There were no nonroutine reports submitted in accordance with subsection 5,4.2 during this reporting period.
