Enclosed is a request for supplements to Edison's Amended Responses to Interrogatories 11 and 12 of Intervenors' First Set of Interrogatories.

As you know, Intervenors' initial Interrogatories 11 and 12 were filed on May 9, 1984. On Thursday, July 26, 1984 during cross-examination of Mr. Singh, Edison informed Intervenors that Edison's answers to Interrogatories 11 and 12 were incorrect.

Edison provided corrected answers last week.

Based on review of these answers, Intervenors determined that they need additional information. Last Friday, August 3, 1984, Michael Fridkin informed Michael Goldfein by telephone and letter, of the data needed. In order to assure that the requested informa-tion can be incorporated in witness testimony, Edison's answers should be provided by August 8, 1984.
