By letter dated September 14,1995, PECO Energy Company submitted Technical Specifications (TS) Change Request No. 9515-0, ' Removal of Secondary Containment Isolation Valve Tables,' in accordance with 10 CFR 50.90.

Subsequent to the September 14,1995 submittal, it has been Identified that two other TS l pages (per unit) are affected by TS Change Request No. 9515 0 and need to be revised. i Specifically, Unit 1 and Unit 2 TS Definition 1.33 ' Reactor Enclosure Secondary Containment Integrity' and TS Definition 1.35 ' Refueling Floor Secondary Containment integrity

• reference the valve tables proposed to be removed from TS.

Therefore, attachment i to this letter contains additional TS page changes affecting the Unit 1 and Unit 2 TS Definitions Section pages. These additional changes are consistent with the odginal request, do not alter the Information Supporting a Finding of No Significant Hazards Consideration and do not change the conclusion that the removal of the valve tables from TS does not involve an unreviewed safety question, and will not endanger the health and safety of the public. These TS pages are being submitted under affirmation, and the associated affidavit is enclosed, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
