Dear Mr. McCabe:
This in to advise you that the New York Power Authority intends to conduct its Full Participation Emergency Preparedness Exercise as defined in 10CFR50, Appendix E, at its Indian Point 3 Site on Wednesday, June 10, 1992.
FEMA, New York State and the four surrounding counties (Westchester, Orange, Rockland, and Putnam) have all agreed to this date.
We have previously discussed this date with thn dRC and now request fornal concurrence f rom you.
In accordance with NRC Inspection Manual, Inspection Procedure 82302 (Review of Exercise Objectives and Scenarios for Power Peactors), the exercise objectives and scenario will be submitted to your office by Maren 11, 3992 and April 10, 1992, respectively.
Please advis s as to the acceptability of these dates.
