Inadvertent Omission of the Deletion of Technical Specification (TS) 6.9.2.d. " Seismic event analysis" Made During the Submission of License Amendment Request (LAR) 95-0012 LAR 95 0012 (Toledo Edison Letter. Serial Number 2295, dated June 23, 1995) proposed a modification to the Davis Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS)
Operating License NPF-3. Appendix A Technical Specifications to relocate TS 3/4.3.3.3 - Seismic Instrumentation. TF 3/4.3.3.4 Meteorological Instrumen-tation and TS 3/4.4.11 - Reactor Coolat.t System Vents and their Bases.
TS 6.9.2.b Inoperable Seismic Monitoring Instrumentation, and TS 6 ? 2.c -
Inoperable Meteorological Monitoring Instrumentation, Special Remrte, were proposed for deletion from the Technical Specifications due to t1e removal of TS 3/4.3.3.3 and TS 3/4.3.3.4 from the Operating License.
Seismic Event Analysis should also be deleted from the Technical Specifica-tions (as shown in the attached marked up copy of TS page 6 18) due to the relocation of specification 4.3.3.3.2.
This proposed deletion was inadvertently omitted from LAR 95-0012.
Please include the requested deletion of TS 6.9.2.d as part of LAR 95-0012.
The deletion of TS 6.9,2.d will not affect the conclusion in LAR 95-0012 that the proposed changes do not involve a significant hazards consideration.
The deletion of TS 6.9.2.d from the Technical Specifications does not constitute an unreviewed safety question.
