Supplemental Response to Generic Letter 95-07 Gentlemen:
North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (North Atlantic) responded to NRC Generic Letter 95-07 on October 13,1995 [ Reference (c)]. Generic Letter 95-07 required that the responses thereto be submitted under oath or atrumation pursuant to 10CFR50.54 (f). De North Atlantic response to Generic Letter 95-07 inadvertently omitted the required statement of oath or affirmation. His supplemental response to Generic Letter 95-07 is being submitted to satisfy the oath or affirmation requirement for the North Atlantic response to Generic Letter 95-07.
North Atlantic requests that the statement of oath provided herein be applied to the referenced response to Generic Letter 95-07 [ Reference (c)]. This supplemental response in no other way affects the information provided in Reference (c).
