SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SON) - UNIT 1 STEAM GENERATOR (SG) TUBE PLUGGING l
As required by SON Technical Specification (TS) 4.4.5.5.a, this submittal provides l
notification of SG tube plugging during the Unit 1 Cycle 7 refueling outage. The l
in-service inspection of the Unit 1 SG tubes was completed on October 20,1995. In accordance with SON TS 4.4.5.5.b, TVA will submit a special report of the results of this inspection on or before October 19,1996.
Enclosed is a summary of the tubes plugged during the Unit 1 Cycle 7 refueling l
outage.
