My name is Vincent S. Boyer.
I am Senior Vice President, Nuclear Power, of Philadelphia Electric Company.
In this position I have overall responsibility for the nuclear power activities of the Company including Limerick Generating Station.

I have reviewed my affidavit of June 29, 1984 filed in response to
-the Board's requirements (Tr 12,285) and have concluded that the current estimated fuel load date for Limerick Unit 1, as stated in my earlier affidavit, remains on or about September 15, 1984.

Applica.nt's estimated fuel loading date is based upon the current s
i coupletion status of plant construction, testing and startup activities, as determined at monthly Project Review Meetings, weekly Integrated Schedule Review Heetings, and weekly Project Startup Test Results Review Meetings, the most recent of which was held on July 31, 1984.

-The progress of plant construction and of testing and startup activities since the filing of my earlier affidavit demonstrates that these activities are proceeding on the schedule which supports a fuel load date of on or about September 15, 1984. Construction activity is essentially couplete. 14othing has occured to date which has resulted in any delays in the schedule. The two remaining major test activities are scheduled for
-coinpletion by mid-August. Internal reviews and documentation of the test program are proceeding on schedule.
