The purpose of this letter is to clarify the following in regard to the above referenced Inspection Report.
1.
Paragraph 3.1.1.3 Table A.
2BVS-41 should read 2BVM-41 B.
The completion date for electrical enclosure / barrier should read.4th Quarter 1985 as documented in 2ASR-01096, dated May 7, 1984 and 2ASR-01097, dated May 8, 1984 (attached).
2.
Paragraph 3.1.2.2 FCP-413 should read.FCP-431 The Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No. 2 Project is proceeding on the basis of the above corrections.

-A telecon was initiated by Mr. A Finkel of the NRC to discuss the commitment dates for compliance with R.G.
1.75, Electrical Separation Criteria.
The following items to be published in an NRC confirmatory action letter were discussed.
Item 1 - Revised 2BVS-931 issued April 2, 19 84.
The program documentation af feeted by revisions to 2BVS-931 will be identified, correct ed, and changed by the 4th Quarter 1984.
Item 2 - Elect:tical Separation Walkdown would be complete by July 31, 1984.
Item 3 - The Computer Tracking System would be implemeni:ed by April 9,1984.
Item 4 - The Design of Typical Barriers would be comple te by 4t h Qua rt er 1984.
Item 5 - The Ampacity Review would be complete by July 15, 1984.
Item 6 - The Review of the Hazard Analysis would be complete by 4th Quarter 1984.
Item 7 - Identify the Training Coordinator.
The Date for Implementation of Training to the Revised 2BVS-931 Criteria is May 14, 1984.
Item 8 - Provide the NRC with the Level 2 Schedule used to manage the program and the date of availability of the Senedule.
The above dates were presented by the NRC.
DI4 did not agree with all the agreed that DI4 would contact Mr. A. Finkel by May 8, l
dates stated.
It was 1984 with the corrected dates.
Exceptions to the following above listed items were either discussed during this telecon or will be clarified in a subsequent telecon.

ELECTRICAL SEPARATION - R.G. 1.75 MAY 8, 1984 This telecon was initiated by Mr. J. F. Konkus DLC/NCD for the purpose of estab lishing the correct commitment dates that will be published in an NRC Confirmatory Action Letter.
The corrected dates to the following items that were presented by Mr. Finkel in a-telecon with DLC on May 7,1984.
. Item 1 - Revised 2BVS-931 issued April 2,
1984.
The program document ation affacted by revisions to 2BVS-931 will be ideneified, corrected, and chatiged by the 4th Quarter 1984.
Item 2 - Electrical Separation Walkdown emple tion date was not confirmed.
PLC s tat ed this would be confirmed in a subsequent telecon to be held on May 9, 1984.
Item 3 - The Computer Tracking System would be implemented by April 9,1985.
Item 4 - The Design of Typical Barriers would be complete by 4th Quarter
