Please find enclosed correspondence I have received from my constituent John W. Huber.
As Mr. Huber states, he-has alerted the NRC to a number 0
of safety questions he noted at the Shomham Nuclear Power Plant while he was employed there.
I would greatly appreciate any information you could provide that addresses Mr. Huber's. contentions.

Mr. Huber called the Congressman to request assistance in finding out answers to safety questions that he asked the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Mr. Huber asked the questions at a hearing
' held on July ~ 13,.1983 at King-of Prussia, Pennsylvania. He was A. -
a sub-contractor on the Shoreham Nuclear Power Plant and found over.

40 safety violations that he brought to the NRC's attention.
The NRC has as of today only answered 4 of the safety violations that Mr..Huber brought to.there attention. He would like answers to the' otlier 36.
