i Nebraska Public Power District (District) hereby withdraws Relief Request RI-17 for the Second Ten-Year Interval Inservice Inspection (ISI) program. At the time this relief request was submitted (Reference 1), the District anticipated examining a certain number ofintegrally welded shear lugs on piping that would require disassembly of the associated pipe clamp. Based on subsequent review of the examination data and Revision 4 of the Second Ten Year Interval ISI program (Reference 2), the shear lugs that require disassembly of the associated support have been examined. Thaefore, the proposed relief from ASME Section XI requirements is no longer l

needed for this inte rval.
