Enclosed is the stenographic report, as corrected by the attached errata, of the Clinton Independent Design Review first progress meeting held in the Holiday Inn, Rosemont, Illinois, October 16, 1984.
In the errata, an attempt has been made to correct only matters of substance, but not minor errors including those in spelling and grammar.
