Dear Ms. Ferkin:
I am writing to you in order to re~ iterate my concerns regard-ing the evacuation plan for the inmates at the State Correctional Institute at Graterford,.'e.nnsylvania, notice of an opportunity for limited app,I have recently received earances and resumption of evidentiary hearings regarding the off-site contentions at the Limerick facility.
I noted that Attachment No. 2 entitled "The Texts of Off-Site Emergency Contentions Admitted as of October 20, 1984," made no mention of the contention filed on behalf of the Graterford inmates.
In e ruling before the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, I have been informed that I would have twenty (20) days from the date of receipt of the evacuation plan to submit my con-tentions on behalf of the inmates.
To date, I have not received the plan despite reading numerous statements in the paper as to what the supposed plans involve.
My purpose in writing to you is to exaress my concern that the inmates do, in fact, have a voice in tais proceeding.
Could you please review your file and let me know when I might expect to receive some information with regard to this matter.
