Concerned Citizens of Louisa County move the Atomic Safety and

Licensing Appeal Board for a one-day extension of time in which to file its appeal of the October 15, 1984 decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in the above-captioned proceedings.
A NOTICE OF APPEAL AND REQUEST FOR STAY and BRIEF ON APPEAL have been written and partially typed, but an eleventh-hour malfunc-tion in Counsel's word-processing equipment has prevented timely service of these papers.
Citizens submits that a one-day exten-sion will not materially prejudice the other parties to this pro-ceeding.
