comments on Georgia Tech's recent management change as requested by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in its Memorandum and Order dated September 26, 1995.
GANE agrees with NRC Counsel and Georgia Tech that the change is i
irrelevant to our contention #9 that management problems at the Georgia Tech Reactor are so great that safety of the public health and the environment cannot be assured. The management change has no effect upon the safety problems as put forth in our contention.
