By letter dated September 11, 1995, (Toledo Edison Serial Number 2322)
Toledo' Edison (TE) responded to a Nuclear Regulatory Commission request for additional information (RAI) regarding the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Individual Plant Examination (IPE).
In responding to NRC Question 7 of the RAI TB inadvertently attached a transient event tree instead of the proper small Loss of Coolant Accident (LOCA) event tree (Attachment 3, Figure 1-7, to the RAI response). By attachment to this letter TE is providing the proper event tree for a small LOCA.
