Monticello Security Plan. Instructions are provided for entering the revised pages in the Security Plan.
Revision 16 involves miscellaneous administrative changes.
We have concluded that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Monticello Security Plan and they can be implemented without prior NRC review and approval.
This revision to the Monticello Security Plan contains Safeguards Information as identified by the Commission in 10 CFR Part 73.
The Security Plan revisions should not be made available' for inspection and should not be placed in the public document room.
