In' a' recent ' telephone conversation between Mr. Phil Wagner, NRC Region IV,-and Mr. M. H. Holmes, PSC, Mr.- Wagner' requested that PSC
' submit - a more detailed bas #s to the-proposed Technical Specification
- Surveillance SR 5.3.12 - Steam Generator -Tube-Leaks Surveillance.
-Attached is a revised SR 5.3.12 which provides a more detailed basis for the proposed Technical. Specification SR'5.3.12.

. error. This-submittal supercedes Reference 1.
